All generated CSS, Tailwind CSS theme configurations, SCSS variables, Android XML resources, SwiftUI structs, Flutter Color snippets, JSON arrays, and XML schemas created via ColorHexHub tools are free to use in both commercial and non-commercial personal or open-source projects without attribution.

3. Intellectual Property

The ColorHexHub website structure, interface design, algorithms, logos, and custom code tools remain the exclusive intellectual property of ColorHexHub. Unlawful scraping, duplication, or rebranding of the core platform is prohibited.
